Energy Boosting Latte

This healthful and delicious Latte combines warm almond milk, ghee, warming spices, a caffeine-free alternative to cocoa or coffee. roasted chicory or barley, whole organic milk or almond milk, and boiling water. The benefits of this delicious latte include anti-inflammatory properties, antioxidant protection, digestive support, immune enhancement, and sustained energy without caffeine. Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of Ghee

  • ¼ Teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ Teaspoon cardamom

  • ¼ Teaspoon ginger powder

  • 1 tbsp carob powder

  • 1-2 tsp of instant roasted chicory and barley or coffee alternative

  • 1 cup whole organic non homogenized milk or almond milk

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 tsp maple syrup


Direction:

1.      Heat the ghee in a small saucepan and add the cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and carob.

 2.     Add in the milk and the boiling water to the spice, in the saucepan.

 3.     Mix in the instant roasted chicory and barley or coffee alternative. Turn off the stove.

 4.     Stir in the maple syrup to gently heat.

 5.     Let it cool and enjoy.
