Green Delish Avocado Toast

Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sprouted-grain bread (toasted)

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • A pinch of Himalayan salt,

  • A pinch of grated ginger

  • A pinch of cumin and black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon of fresh chopped basil, cilantro, dill, and parsley.

  • ½ teaspoon of Ghee (optional)


 Choose a well-firm and ripe avocado.

Wash, dry, and slice the avocado on a plate remove the pit. Then, mash your avocado with a fork and add the spices. Mix in the fresh herbs.

Lightly toast your sprouted bread in a toaster oven for 30 seconds.

Lightly butter your toast with Ghee before adding the avocado.

Sprinkle any toppings of your choice on your avocado toast.
